Antidiscrimination and diversity
Diversity and anti-discrimination mechanisms are two sides of the same coin: with our projects we want to positively promote diversity and tackle discriminatory and exclusionary practices.
On the one hand we consider how to design and develop schools and informal educational settings to improve inclusion and to ensure a culture of human rights becomes lived reality.
We also strive to achieve equality in access and entitlement to learning opportunities and promote the value of our diverse society as a great potential and resource.
We empower students and guardians with information, guidance and mediation services. We support schools with projects and trainings on diversity.
